Welcome to TaskHub, a digital platform that connects users (“Customers”) with service providers (“Taskers”) to complete tasks such as repairs, cleaning, delivery, maintenance, and other services.
By using the TaskHub app or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
To use TaskHub, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Taskers may be required to verify their identity and meet other platform-specific criteria.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
TaskHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent activity.
3. Service Relationship
TaskHub is a marketplace, not an employer. Taskers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of TaskHub.
All contracts for services are directly between Customers and Taskers.
4. Payments and Fees
TaskHub facilitates payments between Customers and Taskers via a third-party payment processor.
TaskHub may charge service fees or commissions which will be disclosed before task confirmation.
All payments must be made through the platform.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made within the app before the task starts.
Refunds are subject to TaskHub’s Cancellation Policy.
No refunds for completed services unless determined by TaskHub after dispute review.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
Use the app for illegal activities
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Circumvent TaskHub’s payment system
7. Disputes
TaskHub offers dispute resolution but is not liable for service quality.
If a conflict arises, you agree to try informal negotiation first, then binding arbitration if unresolved.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and technology used in TaskHub are owned by TaskHub and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TaskHub is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from services performed by Taskers.
Our platform is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
TaskHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. You will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
